Louis at Abraxas and Picasso’s Arenas

Photographs of Louis at Espaces d’Abraxas and Picasso’s Arenas, two icons of French postmodernism where monumental design meets everyday presence.

Louis at Abraxas and Picasso’s Arenas

This series was photographed with Louis at two landmarks of French postmodernism: Ricardo Bofill’s Espaces d’Abraxas in Noisy-le-Grand and the Arènes de Picasso in Bobigny. Both sites are known for their monumental forms and theatrical presence, architecture that seems designed for another scale of life. Setting a figure within these spaces reveals how people move through and inhabit such structures, bringing them back to a human dimension.
